Boulder County Sheriff’s Office sued after video shows inmate being tasered while strapped down

This is how Blue ISIS acts in your town.  (I know from over 50 years of experience with them)The  so called “Christians” in the churches seem to support this evil without reservation. Christity IMHO has become a mental disorder that does  not know the difference between right and wrong.

When things like this happen to someone 99.9% of the time they can do nothing to seek justice because “modern christians”  seem to be perfectly fine with the government created monopoly of the legal “BAR” that most people can never ever afford.  In my personal life in dozens of crimes committed against me by the state I have not had the funds to hire one of the monopolists (lawyers)  even once to help me seek justice…..not once.  The FACT of the matter is that for the common person there is ZERO access to any form of justice or the legal system and it’s going to reach a head sooner or later.
FWIW the “milita” used to be our protection against such tyranny.  No longer.  Americans are stupid enough to have let it die on the vine.

BOULDER, Colo. — The Boulder County sheriff and five deputies are named in an excessive force lawsuit after an inmate was tasered even though she was already in a restraint chair with her hands strapped behind her back and her head covered with a spit hood.

Lauren Gotthelf filed the federal lawsuit Tuesday morning for an incident that occurred Nov. 25, 2017.

The 34-year-old was ticketed by a Boulder police officer for smoking on the Pearl Street Mall and allowing her service dog to be off-leash. When Gotthelf refused to sign the summons, she was taken to the Boulder County Jail.

Once at the jail, Sgt. Chris Reiss can be heard on body cam footage telling Gotthelf, “Based on your suicide statements, you’re going on suicide watch.”

Gotthelf is heard denying she made any suicidal statements but there is no body cam that recorded what she may have said moments earlier, only the interaction between her and deputies that followed.

“You guys are nuts,” is what Gotthelf is heard saying to deputies when told she has to strip and put on a suicide smock. At one point, Gotthelf told deputies that she should be taken to a hospital if they believed she was a suicide risk.

“You’re not going to a hospital, you’re going on a suicide protocol,” Reiss responded.

Suicide protocol often means placing the inmate in isolation with a smock so he or she cannot harm themself….Read More

Under Michigan law, it was all legal. And hardly uncommon.

Uri Rafaeli, who lost his property and all the equity associated with it, is just one of thousands of people to be victimized by Michigan’s uniquely aggressive property tax statute. The law, passed in 1999 in an attempt to accelerate the rehabilitation of abandoned properties, empowers county treasurers to act as debt collectors. We poison our mitochondria with drugs we buy over the counter or get by prescription as a matter of routine. Our doctors, medical organizations and governmental organizations believe they are doing us a favor poisoning people with dangerous drugs and complain bitterly when we self-administer safe ones like medical marijuana and sodium bicarbonate. Most medical studies are ridiculously wrong and seriously misleading. It is a fact that all studies are biased and flawed in their own unique ways and have led to the creation of a form of medicine that just does not work at all to cure people of their diseases.

My 77 year old mother is in Florida. In April she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and had one breast removed in addition to a few lymph nodes. She finished Chemo and was about to finally start radiation 2 days ago and was told she now has bone cancer. The doctor who is treating her said he used your book on his father and it worked miracles. Now my 81 year old father is obsessed with your book Sodium Bicarbonate – Rich Man Poor Man’s Cancer Treatment. My father has asked me to get him your book, and I’m happy to do so.

Prenatal ultrasound is a taken-for-granted component of modern maternity care, to such an extent that most obstetrician-gynecologists find it impossible to practice their profession without it. American women now routinely undergo four to five ultrasounds per pregnancy. Despite the absence of demonstrated benefits, there is also a trend toward “new applications of ultrasound…at earlier stages in pregnancy” (p. 47), including Doppler fetal heart rate monitoring that magnifies the unborn baby’s exposure manyfold.

A Scottish physician developed the first 2D ultrasound machine in the late 1950s. Intended for prenatal scanning as well as gynecological tumor diagnosis, the machine drew on the doctor’s prior experience with military radar technology. Now, the latest growth sector in ultrasound technology is 3D imaging (which shows the baby’s face) or 4D ultrasound that creates a “live video effect, like a movie”—luring parents into stockpiling “keepsake” footage of their baby’s in utero facial expressions.

While the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) tells prospective parents that ultrasound exams provide “a valuable opportunity to view and hear the heartbeat of the fetus, bond with the unborn baby, and capture images to share with family and friends”—and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) denies any association between ultrasound and adverse maternal, fetal or neonatal outcomes—not everyone shares the agencies’ complacency. In fact, two recent books make the opposite case. One author—backed up by over 1500 scientific citations—argues that prenatal ultrasound is so harmful to children that it “should be banned from obstetrics immediately.” The other contends that the “subtle and not-so-subtle” biological effects of ultrasound “have set the human species on a tragic path” from which it may take generations to recover.

Like many Americans, George felt he had nothing to hide from the police. So when the officer asked him if he was carrying any large amounts of cash, he admitted he had $22,000 on him because he was buying a car.

When You’re Losing, Change the Law: New Proposed Federal Bill Will Surveil Medical Decisions, Target Communities For “Behavioral Change”

On the strength of 2019’s uneventful measles cases, America’s families and communities have endured a legislative assault on pretty much every aspect of their freedom, rights, and values.

Politicians seem to be racing each other to write bills that will take kids from their parents in secrecy, cancel religious beliefs, and eliminate doctor-patient relationships. These hypocritical representatives grandstand on equality and the rights of women, while simultaneously endorsing discrimination and the elimination of individual rights.

House Resolution 2862 (HR 2862) is a ‘Frankenbill,’ with several concerning parts. The bill’s official acronym and title is the VACCINES Act of 2019. It stands for Vaccine Awareness Campaign to Champion Immunization Nationally and Enhance Safety Act of 2019. Rep. Kim Schrier, a Democrat from Washington State, introduced the bill in May 2019. When doing so she trotted out the popular canard for people who don’t think: “The science is settled” on vaccines.

The bill’s stated purpose is “To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for a national system for surveillance of vaccine rates, to authorize research on vaccine hesitancy, to increase public understanding of the benefits of immunizations, and for other purposes.”

HR 2862 wants $85M in funding over four years for a resolution that smells like a fascist twofer. It’s part Stasi surveillance, mixed with Goebbels marketing propaganda to further tighten a digital noose around families who value and practice medical choice, informed consent, religious freedom, and open debate.

The bill has two main components:

  • “Vaccine surveillance and research”
  • “Public awareness campaign”
