The resolution effectively lifts all restrictions across the state. Lawmakers voted and passed the resolution 48-20 amid a special session that the Governor called to deal with liability laws and mail-in voting concerns.
The resolution now heads to the Senate and if it passes the Governor’s Emergency declaration, that he put in place back in March, is over.

Backyard gardeners, beware: tomato plants have become collateral damage in the government’s war on drugs, especially marijuana.
In fact, merely growing a vegetable garden on your own property, or in a greenhouse on your property, or shopping at a gardening store for gardening supplies—incredibly enough—could set you up for a drug raid sanctioned by the courts.
It’s happened before.
After shopping for hydroponic tomatoes at their local gardening store, a Kansas family found themselves subjected to a SWAT team raid as part of a multi-state, annual campaign dubbed “Operation Constant Gardener,” in which police collected the license plates of hundreds of customers at the gardening store and then investigated them for possible marijuana possession.
By “investigated,” I mean that police searched through the family’s trash. (You can thank the Supreme Court and their 1978 ruling in California v. Greenwood for allowing police to invade your trash can.) Finding “wet glob vegetation” in the garbage, the cops somehow managed to convince themselves—and a judge—that it was marijuana.
In fact, it was loose-leaf tea, but those pesky details don’t usually bother the cops when they’re conducting field tests.
Indeed, field tests routinely read positive for illegal drugs even when no drugs are present. According to investigative journalist Radley Balko, “it’s almost as if these tests come up positive whenever the police need them to. A partial list of substances that the tests have mistaken for illegal drugs would include sage, chocolate chip cookies, motor oil, spearmint, soap, tortilla dough, deodorant, billiard’s chalk, patchouli, flour, eucalyptus, breath mints, Jolly Ranchers and vitamins.”
There’s a long list of innocent ingredients that could be mistaken for drugs and get you subjected to a raid, because that’s all it takes—just the barest whiff of a suspicion by police that you might be engaged in criminal activity—to start the ball rolling.
From there, these so-called “investigations” follow the usual script: judge issues a warrant for a SWAT raid based on botched data, cops raid the home and terrorize the family at gunpoint, cops find no drugs, family sues over a violation of their Fourth Amendment rights, and then the courts protect the cops and their botched raid on the basis of qualified immunity.

Google has requested authorization from the FCC to test in the 6 GHz band. Related to “providing reliable broadband connections,” the specifics are being kept under wraps as the company asks for “confidential treatment” as part of a New Experimental Radio Service License.
Google proposes to conduct experimental propagation testing in the 6 GHz band to produce technical information relevant to the utility of these frequencies for providing reliable broadband connections. In any given area of operation (see Exhibit B), the experimental testing will usually consist of [REDACTED] emitting a constant signal of various bandwidths (including continuous waveform and wider bandwidths to study selective fading) and [REDACTED] measuring the signal characteristics across a wide range of terrain and clutter scenarios, and over various times.
There are many redactions in the public document that was first spotted by Business Insider (via The Verge). Back in April, the FCC opened up 6 GHz spectrum to unlicensed use for Wi-Fi. The first Wi-Fi 6E consumer devices are expected to come later this year.
In requesting confidentiality, Google cites the “highly sensitive and confidential” nature of technology that’s “expected to lead to material developments in markets subject to competition from multiple U.S. and non-U.S. third parties.”….Read More

This past week fully armed militia groups took to the streets in peaceful protest in events that the corporate propaganda media obviously did not want to publish, as there are now solid signs that all across the nation citizens have had enough with living under the rule of tyrants.
If the word “militia” is foreign to you, it is in the U.S. Constitution Bill of Rights in the Second Amendment which reads:
Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Most Americans probably are not even aware that the U.S. Constitution not only protects the right of armed American citizens to form militias, but actually encourages it as being “necessary to the security of a free State.”
Last Tuesday, August 18, 2020, a Virginia militia group peacefully marched in the capital of Richmond. Much of it was captured on video, and uploaded to Facebook.

On Tuesday, armed patriots of the Virginia militia took to the streets to march in protest of far-Left authoritarian Governor Ralph Northam, who insists on disarming American citizens.
The “Open Carry Rally” reportedly drew hundreds of heavily armed activists who marched from the Capitol to the Siegel Center of Richmond, Virginia, where the state House and Senate gathered in person for a special legislative session.
Footage of the march that surfaced online features one dedicated patriot named Mike, who said the militia is fighting for “freedom, the Constitution in its entirety, freedom from the boot that continues to oppress us,” referring to Governor Northam’s unconstitutional gun restrictions.
“We stand for freedom. We are sick of being oppressed by a tyrannical government, including Ralph Northam, and the rest of his cronies that fill our senate and house in Virginia.”
When asked what message he would send to Governor Northam, Mike vowed, “As far as Northam? Virginia will not fall.”
This militia is everything America needs right now – a peaceful show of force to help these radical Leftists understand that the American people have power against a tyrannical government. That is part of what the Founding Fathers intended the Second Amendment for, after all, as the founding of our country is very literally based on freedom from tyranny, even if that means our own government.
Thomas Jefferson once said in a 1787 letter to James Madison: “What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms.”

There was a big a fire which inexplicably was being blown away from him by giant gusts. However, people that were Leary of the danger were attempting to turn around by crossing the median and going back in the opposite direction. However, there efforts were cut short as fires began in the median, thus preventing people from turning around.
