This is the  most draconian bill I have ever seen.
I can not figure out why we are not talking about  arresting the criminal legislators,  under a plethora of laws including: treason, USC title 18 sections 241 & 242,  and advocating the commision of a crime  (Incitement to violate the 2nd amendment the highest law in the land)

Does anyone see the pattern here? First they take your children with CPS with zero due process, now they are talking about taking your guns with zero due process and the “churches” are silent about both abominations of our God given rights.

The censorship that is being conducted  (also here) D.  is a  big reason why bills like this may pass.   Why is the “church”  asleep at the wheel?  Is aiding evil what christianity is all about? It sure looks that way to me. Satan has corrupted our churches to the point that you can’t even recognize them.

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has announced that the Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to begin conducting hearings next Tuesday, March 26, on Senate Bill 7, the Extreme Risk Protection Order and Violence Prevention Act of 2019—otherwise known as a national “red flag” gun confiscation bill. The bill was introduced in the Senate by Marco Rubio (R-FL). If this gun confiscation bill passes the U.S. Senate, it will most certainly pass the Democrat-controlled U.S. House of Representatives, and President Donald Trump absolutely WILL sign it into law.

I am writing this open letter to Senators Rubio and Graham, President Trump and the untold numbers of legislators, judges and lawmen that will be working together to facilitate and execute the confiscation of the arms of innocent American citizens—citizens who have not even been charged with a crime.

I have purchased a full-page ad in the capital city newspaper in my home State of Montana, the Helena Independent Record, in which the following letter will appear this Sunday, March 24. I urge readers to feel free to use, copy, promote, publish, etc., this open letter in an attempt to bring this information to the attention of as many people as possible.

The GOP faithful are mostly in denial about what Donald Trump and many Republican senators are up to. They refuse to acknowledge that Trump, Graham, Rubio, et. al are about to enact a gun confiscation bill that rivals anything in Nazi Germany or Stalin’s Russia.

If S.7 becomes law, NO gun owner (and that means YOU) will be protected from the seizure of their firearms. It will not matter that they have not committed a crime; it will not matter that they have not been charged with a crime; and it will not matter that they have never even threatened to commit a crime. And they won’t even realize that it’s happening until the SWAT team bangs on their door at 5am to seize their guns.

The letter below is an in-depth, passionate appeal to everyone involved to STOP S.7 from becoming law. The letter speaks for itself.

Again, I urge everyone to take this open letter and get it into the hands of as many people as you can. If the American people do not arise in massive numbers against this bill, it WILL pass. We are getting NO HELP on this from the NRA or the vast majority of so-called pro-Second Amendment Republicans. This is how the criminals in MO have “legalized”. The entire MO legislature and the cops involved should be in jail over this. (Police it seems are selected for low intelligence and willingness to follow criminal orders.)


Keep on believing their lies about “legalization” Most Americans would not know a God given right if it hit them square in the face.  Why are all of our rights being turned into permissions?  (hint: look at the government school brainwashing)FWIW I have a friend,  a doctor BTW, who died last year of cancer, in part because the psychopaths in Jeff city think that they are God and that our rights come from them.** It is illustrative to read the comments on Zero Hedge.
Most of the commenters would gladly put these criminals in blue in a cell and then throw away the key.

According to a local Fox affiliate Sousley had actually been “in the middle of a chemotherapy treatment at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar” before local officers raided the room, apparently with the cooperation of unnamed hospital staff.

Though it’s unclear exactly what the hospital thought was happening in the room, according to Newsweek, “The officer said that the department had received a call from someone who said they smelled weed coming from Sousley’s room.” Officers ultimately found no marijuana or any illegal substance during the search, but did reportedly find CBD Oil (Cannabidiol oil), which is legal.

“If we find marijuana we’ll give you a citation,” an officer threatened as another family member tried to plead with police, saying Sousley’s extreme pain means that doctors allow him a variety of medications. 12 year old girl publishes online newspaper to fight tyranny What are you doing?

I ask:  What are you  doing for the cause of liberty? What are you doing to protect the God given rights that your children will inherit?

There is a whole heck  of a lot more to it than rifles and ammo.  Though they are critical. 

 What this 12 year old girl  is doing, should put most of us to shame: She  seems to know more about liberty than most full grown men that I know today.   

In fact  I left the established church a few years back due to their being no men (or women) , that knew what their God given rights were, much less that were interested in protecting them, and educating their fellow christians about them.  It was back then that I proposed an online newspaper as a critical step in this direction.  Not a single person was interested. Not a single “christian”  at my church was interested in their ( or others)  God given rights.  That was when I decided that I was keeping bad company, and abandoned what God  himself wanted to “vomit out” at one point.    

In  the 2000 years since Christ’s death  it looks to me like Satan has full control of America’s Churches and preachers.

This little girl is more of a Christian in my book than almost anyone that I  have associated with, including the dumbed down pastors of the churches that I have attended.  I think that she actually “gets” the greatest commandment, unlike most modern christians.
