Amish farmer facing 68 years in federal prison for making homemade products

It is the only job of legitimate government to protect our rights, and that includes  the sale or barter of any product, that the 2 individuals decide to come to an agreement on the terms.  

The Federal government does not seem to be at all interested in the fake claims that the big food and drug companies make.  How about the fake claim that there is no MSG in a product? That is almost always an outright deception.  How about the claim that our medicines are safe and effective?

Vioxx killed 60,000 Americans     ( here ) with this fake claim, and not a single doctor or drug company executive has been charged much less gone to jail.

What is happening here is that the Federal government gives an absolute pass on the Vioxx  because it’s sale supports big pharma, but this guy’s  product competes with big pharma, and cost them money. That is what is really going on.

The establishment fears this type of product so much that they criminally kidnapped a man in SA making a  black slave, and they put another in Federal prison for selling apricot pits.

We need to join or die, and defend this guy. If this guy is prosecuted we have zero rights to choose our own medical care in the US police state….

IMHO  ANYONE involved in prosecuting this guy is acting criminally and lethal force  can morally be used to defend against their criminal actions.  That is how I would vote if ever put on a jury.  The American people need to come to the realization that we do not have a legitimate government, what we have are criminal thugs that do little other than violate our rights for the benefit of themselves and other moneyed interests.

The EPA, Monsanto, and the Cover Up at Times Beach (Missouri)

When I was a little girl, I remember driving on I-44 with my mom past the desolate remains of what used to be Times Beach, Missouri. The streets sat empty, save for the dark, windowless husks of decaying, abandoned houses. She would always tell me about how that was where everyone had to be evacuated because toxic waste contamination had poisoned the place. Even though I was barely old enough to understand what that meant, every time we’d drive by on our way out into St. Louis County to visit family, I’d get that tingly feeling in the pit of my stomach knowing we were going to pass it. In my young mind, I thought if any place was truly haunted, it had to be Times Beach.

The Official Story

The official story goes like this. About seventeen miles southwest of St. Louis sat Times Beach, a small community which began as a summer resort back in the 1920s. By the 1970s, it had become a low-income housing community with a population of 1,240 people that could not afford to pave its dusty roads. In an effort to control the dust, the city hired waste oil hauler Russell Bliss to spray them down, which he did multiple times between 1972 and 1976. The government would later claim Bliss obtained the dioxin-laced waste he dumped on Times Beach in 1971 from a Verona, Missouri plant where chemical byproducts including the toxic chemical byproduct of Agent Orange was manufactured… waste Bliss surreptitiously mixed in with the oils he sprayed on Times Beach roads as his means of “disposal”. This plant would later show concentrations of dangerous dioxin at up to 2,000 times higher than that found in Agent Orange itself. By 1985, Times Beach was disincorporated, evacuated and quarantined, save for one elderly couple who refused to leave. The town wasn’t demolished until 1992. More than 265,000 tons of tainted soils were incinerated at the site beginning in 1996, and by 1997 all was declared well and the state opened up a Route 66-themed park on the former site with a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 11, 1999…..  Read More

When the State Tries the State, the State Always Wins

The Jason Stockley verdict only highlights the problems we have with policing the police.

Police privatization would be better than the current state of affairs where the perpetrators of crimes magically claim “sovereign immunity”, and can not even be charged. People working for private security firms would not be able to claim the Satanic principle of moral relativism (also called .sovereign immunity.) to avoid responsibility for their actions.

Better yet would be to disband the police. Most of them should be charged with crimes relating to the violation of our rights and IMHO they do very little else than violate our rights about 90% of the time. If you don’t agree either you don’t know what the police do, or you don’t have a clue as to what your rights are or the legitimate purpose of government.

Throughout most of our history we (the militia) have acted as the “police”. The founding fathers warned us about standing armies, like the army in blue that we now have lording over us for the Deep State.

On Friday, Jason Stockley was acquitted of first-degree murder charges stemming from the 2011 shooting death of Anthony Lamar Smith. Many of the people of St. Louis have responded to the verdict with protests that have turned violent.

Mr. Stockley, who was a St. Louis police officer at the time of the shooting, was accused of premeditated murder almost six years after a high-speed chase ended with his shooting Mr. Smith, a black man, to death. Prosecutors further contended that Mr. Stockley planted a gun on the victim to make the shooting appear justified. Additionally, dash cam footage during the chase records Mr. Stockley declaring to his partner that he was “killing this [expletive], don’t you know it.”

Mr. Stockley waived his right to a trial by jury, instead receiving what is called a bench trial; that is, a trial heard and decided on solely by a judge. This judge took a month to hand down his verdict, and the 30-page ruling is certainly an interesting read.

Regardless of any personal feelings or opinions I might have about the case, I think we can all agree that the not-guilty verdict is hardly surprising. Indeed, in the last four months alone, in addition to Mr. Stockley, officers in Oklahoma, Minnesota, and Wisconsin were all acquitted of charges relating to shooting deaths they were involved in.

Rather than dwelling on the racial implications of these cases—implications that are numerous and heartbreaking and that I am in no way qualified to expound upon—I’d like to talk about the problems inherent in relying upon the State to police itself.

A “protest” is not a person. Only individuals can “no longer be peaceful”….

The police only have the the legitimate authority to arrest individuals  that are committing crimes. If I am at a protest, and not committing a crime, the police have zero legitimate authority to interfere with that right.    What they are doing is like them taking your drivers license because your neighbor was driving under the influence. Someone else is committing a crime is not a reason to  take my rights.

Americans no longer are bright enough to even recognize when their rights are being trampled. The deliberate  dumbing down has been very successful

“OATH KEEPERS” is a disgrace to the liberty movement:

Just got banned from the Oath Keepers forum for judiciously and respectfully exercising my free speech. I really don’t see any difference between the way Oath Keepers  stomps free speech in their forum (they are showing  their control freak cop mentality that seems to predominate  at  Oath Keepers.)  the same way Antifa does when they attend a protest.
 

Oath Keepers  has supported, (by their silence) and looked the other way as to the evil that cops and the troops commit. That is bad enough, but they go even further  and  take punitive actions against anyone that questions their world view or their gods..  Doing  so  gets an Antifa like response (name calling i.e. a troll)  from them with no discussion or response allowed. Like Antifa they don’t seem to be intelligent enough to discuss the topic.  Yelling “troll”  and  banning  free speech is so much more convenient, than actually responding and discussing  an issue.   –  Just the cop like “I am in control and you are not behavior”.   “How dare one of the serfs question either of our gods: Cops and Soldiers!  Asking questions and thinking makes you a troll and we don’t talk to trolls.”

Oath Keepers looks  a lot like  the infantile thuggish  Antifa to me in this case.

 
I have long thought that Stewart Rhodes was a pretender, and fake, along with most of Oath Keepers ‘s members. They would not know lady liberty if  she hit them up side the head. If she did they would call her a troll, and  promptly shoot her.

Criminal usurpers in MO Department of Motor Vehicles strike again

I just (tried)  to pay the tax on a vehicle here in MO.
This is wrong, and evil on so many levels…….

First of all if you pay taxes yearly on something that you “own”, then by any honest analysis you don’t  really own that item. You just rent it from the state.  This is the  American version of the first plank of the communist manifesto in case you don’t recognize it.

You know you are dealing with a criminal organization when you are forced to pay a $7 “handling charge”  for a $51 tax bill.   That is 13%, and from the looks of it, it is going to a private sub-contracted company.  (probably run by a friend or family member of one of the psychopaths in Jeff City that hoisted this tax upon us) No one else in the semi-free market does anything approaching this level of screwing over the  customer with excessive charges. (because they don’t have a government provided monopoly like the DMV)  But government has a monopoly on the use of force, and  knows that all laws ( and regulations) always end in a silent,  “or we will kill you if you don’t comply”.     If they were not a group of violent thugs  that always threaten, and use violence (the very definition of terrorism) do they seriously think anyone would put up with their $7 extortion fee, in the free market?

The entire DMV in MO originated as a means of political cronyism where friends of politicans would be granted the monopolistic ownership of a state motor vehicle location.   (You can read about that history in this book.)They are  as dirty as mud,  illegitimate, incompetent,  and corrupt as hell IMHO.

MO DMV fulfills a government  function, but at the same time they do not want to be bound by government responsibilities such as not trampling the first amendment.  Fact of the matter is quite  the opposite, they post signs on the wall that they can eject anyone for any reason, including you exercising your free speech.  I know about this because I was ejected  by the the incompetent boobs at the Marshfield DMV.   I was ejected, and threatened with  police involvement because  I was  exercising my first amendment rights by verbally objecting to them stealing over $250 for a bogus “late fee” on a  small utility trailer worth about$300.  They took that money, and then kicked me out before they would sell me plates.  It took 2 months, and hours of my time but I did get my plates, and  a full refund on the theft.

The Marschfield   DMV office IMHO was guilty of violating USC title 18 sections 241 & 242 ( violation of civil rights under color of law) and should, in a just world, be prosecuted by the Feds.

One would think that the parasitic criminal class would be happy with stealing over 50% of what each, and every one of us make. (They are in the process of killing the golden goose by greed IMHO) The founders went to war with their government, and were willing to kill them for  tax’s  of less than 5%.

Jefferson predicted that the blood of patriots, and tyrants would flow every 20 years to keep the tyrants in check.  What happened? We are literal slaves to  a criminal government, that “allow” us to keep less than half of what we make, and yearly strive to increase that percentage. Yet we do little other than complain…. “I am fed up, mad as hell and am not going to take it any more.” How about you?

FWIW the rape was not done at this point. Not only do they steal most of what we make, that is not good enough for the psychopaths.  They then proceeded to steal more time from you (in addition to the time needed to pay their taxes) they want you to have property tax receipts, current insurance card, and safety inspection.  This could easily take half of my day to locate all of this.  We are treated by the DMV  like a bunch of serfs that they own, and can make us jump through an infinite number of hoops, in order to exercise a God given right! (right to travel)…. It looks like I am going to be further stolen from in having to drive to 2 different counties, and spend another  good part of a day to pay  this extortion to the DMV.  It seems as if they are not happy to  only extort money from you, they have to make you grovel, and  jump through hoops like we were a pack of trained monkeys that exist only  as walking wallets for their financial wants.  This from “our government employees”.
I for one find the current state of affairs disgusting and intolerable.

Missouri Marijuana Legalization Initiative Ready for Immediate Signature Collection

This petition is to get a pro MJ  Constitutional amendment  on the ballot.  Understand that the psychopathic criminals in Jefferson city have gutted, and bastardized this amendment, but it is a step in the right direction, to gain food and medical liberty in the police state of Missouri.  ~MFP

The Missouri Marijuana Legalization Movement (MMLM) has been working diligently to put together an initiative petition for 100 percent legalization of cannabis in Missouri. The Secretary of State has approved a petition for circulation that will put that question in front of the voters of Missouri on Nov. 8, 2018. MMLM currently has over 67,000 members and is growing daily, with more than 2,000 registered volunteer petitioners.

The revolutionary approach to legalization of cannabis taken by MMLM sends a strong message, not only to the voters of Missouri, but to all Americans collectively. The benefits of cannabis in all its forms have been repressed through misinformation by large corporations for decades, simply to allow those entities to line their pockets and increase their profits. This is an abomination perpetrated on everyone in our great nation.

“The benefits provided by cannabis in all its forms will revolutionize so many industries and become a major windfall for Missourians,” said Timothy Gilio the driving force behind the MMLM. “From bio-diesel that can eliminate our dependency on foreign oil, paper products that can help us reverse deforestation worldwide, medical applications that will reduce costs to patients and be safer than current drugs like opioids, to construction materials and a host of other applications.”

Why should someone sign this petition for 100 percent legalization of cannabis? There are numerous reasons to sign it, and literally zero reasons not to sign it. The human rights issue alone should be enough for any sane person to sign. We put people in prison for anywhere from decades to life for possession of a plant that has more benefits than any other plant on this planet. Why? Because our government, our elected officials who are lining their pockets with contributions from pharmaceutical companies, say we should. Those same pharmaceutical companies are pocketing billions of dollars in profits selling poison to people. Cannabis would replace so many drugs that they realize their profits would plummet, so they pay big bucks to lobby our elected representatives to keep it illegal.

People are dying by the droves daily from using opioids, which are legal. People are dying by the tens of thousands from alcohol and tobacco use, which are also legal. No one has ever died from using cannabis. Not one person. Ever. Keeping cannabis illegal is the most illogical thing this country has ever done. Get the facts. Educate yourself. Stop believing the lies that have created this stigma surrounding cannabis. We the people need to take back our rights to this plant.

“I don’t want to use cannabis,” you might say. Fine. Why prevent others from getting the cannabis they need for medicine? I don’t drink alcohol, but I certainly don’t want to prevent you from drinking alcohol, or smoking cigarettes, even though it is probably going to kill you too. MMLM is not asking anyone to use cannabis if they don’t want to. All we are asking is that you help us stop the 80-year prohibition on a plant that can help so many people. V  Original story
