Nurse Alex Wubbels refused to let police draw blood from an unconscious crash victim and ended up arrested. The ensuing national controversy has brought police conduct back into the spotlight, raising several questions. Is it necessary to be above the law to enforce it? Does the policy of granting “qualified immunity” to officers incentivize irresponsibility? Would police ranks have far fewer “bad apples” if officers were required to carry malpractice insurance? The prosecution in the Bundy Ranch case were found to be withholding information that would substantiate the defense’s case that the Bureau of Land Management goons, under the direction of Agent Daniel P. Love, were not at Bundy Ranch to carry out a lawful court order, but were, in fact, going into tactical mode in order to murder innocent civilians.

On Monday afternoon the Department of (In) Justice and prosecutor Steven Myhre refused to turn over audio recordings that they are suspected of being in possession of between Special Agent In Charge Daniel P. Love, BLM sniper teams, other tactical personnel, and possible informants who were at Bundy Ranch as far back as March 2014.

I was recently treated like a Jew in Auschwitz by a Seymour MO, “police officer”.  It was without a doubt the most terrifying hour of my life, and as you guessed, the thug still has his job. I hold the mayor and the city council as responsible as this rogue cop for his behavior as they are the ones that did not fire him.

John Whitehead at the Rutherford Institute  has incredible yet true observations about the state of our society. If you don’t read this book at least check out his weekly editorials.  Mr Whitehead is spot on. I was reminded of this a few weeks back when I was treated like a Jew in Auschwitz by a Seymour MO cop.  I now carry a camera or two on me at all times, as I doubt that this thug would have acted the way he did if I had filmed it. I suggest that you do the same and always have a camera ready to roll.  As things now stand I have to make an appearance in the local star chamber.  They were not abolished,  that is what our Missouri “courts” have become, and it should terrify you as it does me, as I will not be able to film there, for my protection.   ~MFP
