Things Are Getting Worse, Not Better: Round Ups, Checkpoints and National ID Cards

No one is safe.

No one is immune.

No one gets spared the anguish, fear and heartache of living under the shadow of an authoritarian police state.

That’s the message being broadcast 24/7 to the citizens and residents of the American police state with every new piece of government propaganda, every new law that criminalizes otherwise lawful activity, every new policeman on the beat, every new surveillance camera casting a watchful eye, every sensationalist news story that titillates and distracts, every new prison or detention center built to house troublemakers and other undesirables, every new court ruling that gives government agents a green light to strip and steal and rape and ravage the citizenry, every school that opts to indoctrinate rather than educate, and every new justification for why Americans should comply with the government’s attempts to trample the Constitution underfoot.

Here in Amerika, things are getting worse—not better—as the nation inches ever closer towards totalitarianism, that goose-stepping form of tyranny in which the government has all of the power and “we the people” have none.

Take what happened recently in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

On Friday, Jan. 19, 2018, immigration agents boarded a Greyhound bus heading to downtown Miami from Orlando and demanded that all passengers provide proof of residence or citizenship. One grandmother, traveling by bus to meet her granddaughter for the first time, was arrested and taken off the bus when she couldn’t provide proof of residency.

No word on whether that grandmother was actually in the country illegally.

All we know is that the woman didn’t have proof of identification or residency on her, which is common for many older people who don’t happen to drive and have no reason to walk around with a photo ID. According to a study by the Brennan Center for Justice, more than three million Americans don’t actually own a government-issued picture ID. That group includes the elderly, the poor, city dwellers, young people, college students, and some rural residents who might not live near a DMV.

This isn’t is a new occurrence.

A year ago, passengers arriving in New York’s JFK Airport on a domestic flight from San Francisco were ordered to show their “documents” to border patrol agents in order to get off the plane.

With the government empowered to carry out transportation checks to question people about their immigration status within a 100-mile border zone that wraps around the country, you’re going to see a rise in these “show your papers” incidents.

That’s a problem, and I’ll tell you why.

We are not supposed to be living in a “show me your papers” society.

Despite this, the U.S. government has recently introduced measures allowing police and other law enforcement officials to stop individuals (citizens and noncitizens alike), demand they identify themselves, and subject them to patdowns, warrantless searches, and interrogations.

These actions fly in the face of longstanding constitutional safeguards forbidding such police state tactics.

Set aside the debate over illegal immigration for a moment and think long and hard about what it means when government agents start demanding that people show their papers on penalty of arrest. Arizona Girl Raped and Burned in Foster Care Still Represented by Same Attorney – Kept Away from Family

For the life of me I do not understand why the “right to lifers” are so hypocritical and don’t address a plethora of other issues. Say perhaps giving their own children fluoridated water that damages both their bodies and brains, or addressing the evil satanic CPS that they “save” these children for.

An Arizona court decided this week that a woman accused of scalding a little girl alive and burning over 80% of her body will go to trial in October 2018. Meanwhile, Samantha Osteraas is out on bail, and the little girl’s biological mother is still trying to get justice for her daughter, whose life was destroyed by Child Protective Services and the adults the agency placed her with.

While Samantha Osteraas is free to walk the streets as she awaits trial, little Devani’s real family has no idea where she is or who the agency has placed her with this time.

The court-appointed attorney chosen to represent little Devani and allowed her to remain in foster homes where she was allegedly raped, sexually trafficked, and burned, is the same attorney still representing her today.

The foster parents who committed such atrocities are now answering for their criminal acts in the legal system, but the government agencies that placed her there and kept her there until today, are apparently not being held responsible for their parts in these heinous crimes.

Where is the justice?

An Ex-Cop Talks about Police Shootings

he graphic video from the killing of Daniel Shaver was released after the jury decided to acquit ex-Mesa police officer Philip Brailsford of second-degree murder and reckless manslaughter. The Mesa police department and Mesa police union both supported Brailsford, but it’s important to receive feedback from police sources who don’t have a vested interest in the case.

Norm Stamper, a former police officer who served for 28 years with the San Diego police force and six years as the chief of police in Seattle, gave his thoughts on Twitter. He responded to the tweet by the journalist Shaun King who stated, “Sadly I’ve studied 100s of videos of American police executing non-violent, unarmed people. This is one of the worst I’ve ever witnessed.” Stamper wrote, “One of the worst I’ve seen, as well. Heart-stopping, stomach-turning. No room in policing for cops this scared and ill-prepared.”

Alarming and Contradictory

Is that a fair criticism? After all, police were called to the La Quinta Inn where Shaver was staying because witnesses saw him pointing a gun out of the window of his room. MEDICAL PERMISSION SLIPS: WE ARE SERFS THAT ARE RULED BY CRIMINALS

FL marijuana “Compassionate Use” my freaking arse.
These are state criminals extorting, and jerking around people in real need. They are turning a very important God given right into a very high priced permission.
 
This is not much different than the state telling insulin dependent diabetics that in order to get life saving insulin, that they need to pay a $300 fee every 7 months for that permission slip, and that the state will now make a $30  vial of insulin cost $300. If you can not purchase that right, the psychopathic criminals that pose as government say too damn bad. “Eat Cake, serf” and by the way serf if you want your life saving insulin, you are going to have to give up your guns, and any other right that we say.
 
They turn people into alcoholics, and destroy families, and peoples lives with these laws. This is not conjecture folks. I  recently lost  a close friend whose pain and suffering, and quite likely his death was caused by the  psychopaths that we euphemistically call government. If we had  even a remotely  just legal system, we would be trying these state legislators for their crimes, just like we did the guards at Auschwitz.  The medical monopoly recently killed another friend   (here)
 
This turns the idea of a Republic squarely on it’s head. A republic is supposed to protect the rights of the minority. There is not even the authority in the Constitution for  the government to get involved in drugs in any manner whatsoever. As you will recall, to outlaw alcohol a constitutional amendment was required. Where is the constitutional amendment for the war on drugs?
 
If you do your due diligence you will also discover that our drug schedules came directly from the Globalist United Nations. The same organization that is behind the war on our guns.
 
The United Nations, War on drugs makes  a joke of us claiming to be a free country. How free are we when we must beg the state for permission to implement our medical care, and be extorted to the point where an affordable $30 medicine will cost $300?($600 if you include the permission slip) How dare the state talk about “corporate greed”? How dare they!
 
We were warned about this tyranny happening over 200 years ago by Dr Benjamin Rush. A founder that was as recognized as George Washington:

Kingsman’s Take on Drug Cartels Is More Fact than Fiction

The plot follows the Kingsman’s attempt to thwart both the evil plans of a monopolistic drug cartel run by Poppy Adams and the plans of the President of the United States. Unlike most action movies, there are two villains with opposing goals with a third-party hero (the Kingsman) having to thwart both plans.

The Kingsman’s dilemma is to stop both parties from killing innocent victims.

Poppy Adam’s motivations are, in a sense, noble. She runs a worldwide drug cartel that profited $250 billion in one year; yet, she laments that she must hide in isolation as her alcohol and tobacco counterparts embrace public praise. Thus, all she aims to do is end the War on Drugs and derive public praise for herself. Being a proper villain, Poppy is willing to put millions of lives in danger to achieve her goal.

Of course, in the film the President of the United States (who is subtly suggested to be a Republican) will do anything to keep the War on Drugs intact. Unsurprisingly, his attempt to thwart Poppy’s plans also put millions in danger. The Kingsman’s dilemma is, of course, to stop both parties from killing innocent victims.

Jeff Sessions could (and should) be executed under USC title 18 section 241

I have always thought that there should be very severe penalties for people that commit treason, and violate our rights. Unbeknownst to most Americans there is. Look up USC title 18 sections 241 and 242:


From the US Department of Justice website:
“Section 241 of Title 18 is the civil rights conspiracy statute. Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree together to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the Unites States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same). Unlike most conspiracy statutes, Section 241 does not require that one of the conspirators commit an overt act prior to the conspiracy becoming a crime.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any….”

 

I think a solid airtight case can be made for charging Jeff Sessions with a capital crime, and his execution if convicted.

His war on drugs has incontestably caused the deaths of innocent Americans, and the Federal government clearly has no Constitutional authority to legislate or act in this matter. This man is  by definition a terrorist, and he is acting outside of law. Why are there not consequences for his  actions?

Let’s face the reality that we are armed to kill tyrants like Jeff Sessions if it comes to that, let’s do this the smart way, and  try to use the “law” to address this  tyranny before it becomes so extreme that we must resort to our last resort — the cartridge box.
 
This paradigm needs to spread. If enough Americans take the time to educate their fellow “useful idiots” then perhaps we could see the rightful execution of people like Hillary Clinton, and Jeff Sessions. Or we can have a civil war. It’s your choice.

British Man Cleared Of Rape After Sister In Law Finds Original Facebook Messages Were Altered By Alleged Victim

Seriously now, in my half a century plus on this planet I have never found the police to be competent, ever.  I was recently assaulted on camera in Seymour MO, yet not only could they not find a crime, they still have not contacted me.
It seems to me that the police are the real criminals in that they very often cover up real crimes.

Danny Kay, 26, will greet the New Year as a free man after being convicted of a rape that was based on altered evidence submitted by the alleged victim.  His freedom is due not to police work but the work of his sister in law Sarah Maddison.  Maddison decided to take a minute and look at the Facebook messages sent between Kay and the unnamed woman who accused him of rape.  What she found was that the police used messages that were misleadingly edited by the woman and that the real messages directly contradicted her claims.  The police revealed an utter incompetence in the investigation and the prosecutors have expressed no intent in looking at possible charges against the woman who is accused of changing the meaning of the messages from exculpatory to incriminating.  This follows an equally shocking reversal where the police were found to have withheld 40,000 messages from the defense in another rape case.

Archived versions of the original messages found by Maddison showed not only a consensual relationship but a desire to continue the relationship.

The messages showed that the evidence had been altered in clearly misleading ways.  For example, The jury were shown a message where Kay appears to apologize for the rape.  The response “sorry” in the message however was actually in response to the woman asking him why he was ignoring her. The question was deleted.  Also deleted was her response: “Dnt [sic] be.”  Likewise, one early message involved Kay asking the woman for her age.  She responded “nearly 17” and showed police that he responded “same here.”  That was untrue.  He actually response with question if she was single and she replies “yep.”  That is what he responded to in saying “same here.”

She also deleted messages where he wrote her to say that he lost her number (after the alleged rape).  She then send him her number with four kisses and also sends a message  ‘im still here for ya!’ When the couple later split up, she sent a message “I thought u woulda at least tried to get me back.”

The court reviewed the evidence and quashed the conviction.  Kay however had already spent two years in jail.

There is no indication that the woman will face any charges for submitting what appears to be altered evidence and a false claim of rape.  She remains unidentified as a sexual assault victim. Original Story here
