It’s Time to Start Imagining a Post-Police World — Why Abolishing the Police is Not a Crazy Idea

Abolishing American police might be our only hope to reform police brutality, violence, and skyrocketing incarceration rate.

I have been pushing this idea for years. The police are blasphemers ( as policing is based upon moral relativism) & usurpers at best.
They are a fairly new institution on the scene, and only about 100 years old.

What did we do to protect ourselves, before we had someone lording over us on each street corner? We had the country sheriff, and you and I: The militia.
And it worked for over 300 years on this continent before the very bad idea of “cops” appeared. Bring back the “Constitutional Militia”!  here & here

This assault on myself in Seymour Missouri further illustrates how useless and detrimental to our rights our “police” are. I could easily relate a dozen more horrific personal  cop stories. 

I have just finished reading and listening to the following 2, well researched books.  The occulted history of policing  in them is fascinating.

Almost 40% of American Families at Risk to Have Their Children Kidnapped by the State – Over 50% if You Are Black

I can not wrap my mind around the fact that Americans are dumbed down enough to allow kidnappers in blue uniforms kidnap their children without even the appearances of kangaroo justice,  like a jury trial.   My god you can get a jury trial for littering, but the state kidnaps children (with the help of criminals in blue) without any due process at all! 

A stunning number of American children are subjected to at least one Child Protective Services investigation by the time they reach 18 years old. According to a study published by the American Journal of Public Health, almost 4 out of every 10 American children will experience some kind of social worker investigation into allegations of child abuse or maltreatment at some point in their childhood. The study utilized Census data and information from the National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System Child Files (2003–2014). The study estimated that:

37.4% of all children experience a child protective services investigation by age 18 years. Consistent with previous literature, we found a higher rate for African American children (53.0%) and the lowest rate for Asians/Pacific Islanders (10.2%).

In our work with hundreds of families as we cover their stories for Health Impact News, we have found that many parents are shocked at the intrusion of Child Protective Services into their lives. Before their own experiences, almost all of them believed that CPS is only involved with “really bad parents who abuse their children.”

When their only “crime” is to ask for a second medical opinion, they have a difficult time coming to grips that they are being lumped in with monsters who do terrible things to their children. The People Who Really Deserve a Trump Pardon

“…..Lost in all of the clamor about Trump’s pardoning Johnson is the fact that there are other people who really deserve a Trump pardon — thousands of them. Almost half of those in federal prison are incarcerated because of drug charges. The president has the power, today, to pardon every American in a federal prison for committing a drug crime.

Why in the world should he do that?

There are two simple reasons why he should: (1) the war on drugs is a blatantly unconstitutional activity of the federal government; and (2) the war on drugs imprisons people for committing a victimless crime.

First, the Constitution.

In Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution, there are eighteen specific powers granted to Congress. We call these the enumerated powers. Everything else is reserved to the states.

Nowhere does the Constitution authorize the federal government to regulate or prohibit the manufacture, sale, use, or trafficking of any drug.

Nowhere does the Constitution authorize the federal government to concern itself with the nature of any substance that Americans want to eat, drink, smoke, inject, absorb, snort, sniff, inhale, swallow, or otherwise ingest into their bodies.

Nowhere does the Constitution authorize the federal government to be concerned with the medical or recreational activities of any American.

Nowhere does the Constitution authorize the federal government to have a Narcotic Control Act, a Controlled Substances Act, a Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act, or a Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act.

Nowhere does the Constitution authorize the federal government to have a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, an Office of National Drug Control Policy, or a Drug Enforcement Administration.

Nowhere does the Constitution authorize the federal government to have a National Drug Control Strategy, a National Survey on Drug Use and Health, or a Domestic Cannabis Eradication/Suppression Program.

When the federal government sought to limit the use of alcoholic beverages after World War I, it realized that it could do so only by amending the Constitution. That is why the 18th Amendment to the Constitution was adopted in 1919. If a constitutional amendment was needed to prohibit the “manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors,” then it should also be necessary if the federal government is to prohibit the unauthorized manufacture, sale, or transportation of drugs.

Second, victimless crimes.

Every crime should have a tangible and identifiable victim with real harm and measurable damages.

Rape, assault, child abuse, battery, kidnapping, manslaughter, and murder are real crimes. They actually harm people.

Burglary, robbery, theft, arson, looting, shoplifting, and embezzlement are real crimes. They actually harm property.

Possessing, using, growing, manufacturing, buying, selling, and trafficking in “illegal” drugs may be vices, but they are victimless crimes. They harm no one’s person or property as long as they are done in a peaceful manner by consenting adults who respect the property rights of others.

And as so eloquently explained by the nineteenth-century classical liberal political philosopher Lysander Spooner in his work Vices Are Not Crimes (1875),

Vices are those acts by which a man harms himself or his property.

Crimes are those acts by which one man harms the person or property of another…..”  Read More

Texas Foster Care: “Rape, Abuse, Psychotropic Medication, and Instability” Still the Norm as State Fights Against Reform

IMHO “the state” certainly is not “of God” as many Christians unfortunately believe. Let’s flip this around: YOU are raping children without the protective cloak of the state, you are not even charged, and you have the luxury of fighting against changing anything. WTF?

The battle continues between the State of Texas and attorneys who represent more than 12,000 children in the state’s foster care system. A panel of three judges in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans heard arguments Monday, April 30, about the constitutionality of the state’s troubled foster care system. This is the latest chapter in a fight to change the system in which, according to U.S. District Judge Janis Graham Jack, “… children have been shuttled throughout a system where rape, abuse, psychotropic medication, and instability are the norm.” After Judge Jack ruled in December 2015 that the system as it stood was unconstitutional, Texas Attorney General Kenneth Paxton appealed the decision, defending the state’s foster care system. Many of the original plaintiffs in the lawsuit, who were formerly foster care children, have now become adults and aged out of the system and are missing. The San Antonio Express ran a story looking into what has happened to these Texas foster children who aged out of the system, and they found that most of them suffer unemployment, homelessness, and sex trafficking as adults….  Read More

Adults Medically Kidnapped: 3X More than Children in Foster Care – $50 BILLION in Assets Seized

Most of the stories that we cover at Medical Kidnap involve children who were taken from their families by Child Protective Services. However, medical kidnapping can happen to adults too.

We have covered a number of stories of adults being taken by Adult Protective Services and being placed under the legal guardianship of strangers.

In January, we covered the stories of 2 medically kidnapped elderly women in the Boston area who were allegedly euthanized with the approval of their court-appointed guardians, against the wishes of their family members.

Philly.com now reports that a woman who has been court-appointed as a guardian in at least 93 cases from 2015 to 2017 has a considerably criminal history of fraud, bad check writing, and forgery.

Yet, Gloria Byars was the guardian recommended by the non-profit Philadelphia Corporation for Aging to oversee the lives and estates of many senior citizens in the Philadelphia area.

Guardians in many states are not required to undergo background checks, and it is stunningly easy in some places for anyone to become a guardian. It is also stunningly easy for an unscrupulous person to allege that a person is “incapacitated” and in need of a guardian, even if it is not true.

It all boils down to money.

Robbing American Seniors: $50 BILLION in Assets Seized Through Medical Kidnapping

As reported by Philly.com:

Nationwide, guardians oversee an estimated 1.3 million adults and $50 billion of their assets, said Brenda Uekert, principal court research consultant at the National Center for State Courts.

That means that [the] number of adults under guardianship care is roughly 3 times the number of children in foster care across the United States. According to the AFCARS report from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, there were 437,465 children in foster care in 2016. (Source)

Many of these 1.3 million adults have worked their whole lives expecting their estate to provide for them in their sunset years, leaving what remains to their heirs.

Yet, with virtually no accountability, guardians have been known to swoop in and decimate large estates, sometimes leaving their victims penniless and homeless, all the while leaving their children and grandchildren in the cold.

Last year, we reported the story of Marvin Siegel, a wealthy Boston area attorney. Guardians continue to this day to keep him isolated from his youngest daughter, Lisa Belanger. While Lisa still battles in court to get her father free from what she has called the “blood-sucking vultures” involved with the non-profit group Jewish Family and Children’s Services, the guardians have drained his estate….. Children, young girls—some as young as 9 years old—are being bought and sold for sex in America. The average age for a young woman being sold for sex is now 13 years old.

This is America’s dirty little secret.

Sex trafficking—especially when it comes to the buying and selling of young girls—has become big business in America, the fastest growing business in organized crime and the second most-lucrative commodity traded illegally after drugs and guns.

As investigative journalist Amy Fine Collins notes, “It’s become more lucrative and much safer to sell malleable teens than drugs or guns. A pound of heroin or an AK-47 can be retailed once, but a young girl can be sold 10 to 15 times a day—and a ‘righteous’ pimp confiscates 100 percent of her earnings.”

Consider this: every two minutes, a child is exploited in the sex industry.

According to USA Today, adults purchase children for sex at least 2.5 million times a year in the United States.

Who buys a child for sex? Otherwise ordinary men from all walks of life.
