This is not new, it is standard operating procedure in the ranks of much of Blue ISIS. It will not change under “legalization” either. We should get rid of this scourge of criminals, and go back to the proven system of a single county sheriff and the milita. Those that composed his “posse” when needed.
The truth about this is that this “drug war” is great for the powers that be. I allows them to easily frame anyone who opposes them or gets in their way. Blue ISIS are just the useful idiots that happen do the thuggish enforcement end of things.
