What’s in the executive order?

The Executive Order on Coordinating National Resilience to Electromagnetic Pulses is a first step toward learning more about how an EMP would affect us and how to protect critical infrastructure.

An electromagnetic pulse (EMP) has the potential to disrupt, degrade, and damage technology and critical infrastructure systems.  Human-made or naturally occurring EMPs can affect large geographic areas, disrupting elements critical to the Nation’s security and economic prosperity, and could adversely affect global commerce and stability.  The Federal Government must foster sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective approaches to improving the Nation’s resilience to the effects of EMPs. “Audible” the audio book company is stealing customers credits

I have so many issues with the company known as Audible that I will only be able to scratch the surface.  The latest issue is that I have paid for 2 credits that I do not want to use right now  as I have more books  than I can listen to.   So I was going to cancel my  membership for a bit so that I could catch up.
In doing so I found out that Audible is no different than your stereotypical neighborhood thief.  They will destroy (steal) the credits that I have already paid for. (they sure as hell don’t ever tell you this up front)  If I  continue the membership,  I will  have 3 unused credits next month.  And if I decide to cancel at that point they will steal all 3 credits that I paid for.  So it just gets worse if you continue.

I was hoping to use the credits that I have to purchase books in the coming year that I was interested in.   Audible will not allow that, my only obvious choice is to choose books that I am not interested in.

This company has been a scam since day one. I carefully avoided both Audible and Kindle both for nearly 20 years before I made the mistake of using either of them.

Here is an illustration of one of the many issues that I have had with Audible owning the books that I buy, rather than my owning them:     Yesterday I   tried to open the Audible app to listen to a book that I had just purchased.  (You can not use any other app to listen to “their” (not yours) books.   The app would not update after an hour of messing with it.  So I could not listen to the book that I paid for but they really own.  I have had a plethora of seminal issues  of being denied access to  “my” “Kindle” books.  Note: the app will not update and for 2 days I have been unable to listen to any of the books that I ostensibly “own”.

This is a continueing saga if you use either Audible or Kindle.  The US Justice Department should be all over them IMHO.
I  still have to resolve this issue created by the criminals at Audible before I can read ANY of the books that I have paid good money for.

In closing,  the last time that I could not read or listen to a book was when Amazon thought that I had a book on too many devices (you are not told before you purchase of this restriction)  and would not let me open a book on my phone until I returned home, hunted down an offending device and deleted the book on that device.    In summary both with Audible and Kindle expect to be abused, stolen from,  and prevented from using your property in the manner  that you wish.

I am tempted to contact the MO attorney general’s office, but my experience from the past is that like the rest of government, they could  a damn about you the taxpayer, that is unless your issue is some PC issue that they wish to focus on. Otherwise they reply with a letter stating that they are not your personal attorney.

BUT if you know of “animal cruelty”  this office will all of a sudden (in their words)  become your personal attorney.
So if Audible were being cruel to an animal the AG’s office would be interested, but not if Audible is sealing from you.

Vaccination: Religious Exemptions Are Under Attack in Missouri!

Have the criminal psychopaths  in the Missouri legislature forgotten what the Declaration of Independence says?  In case you have forgotten, the Declaration of Independence  says that we the people are the sovereigns, and that we don’t need their stinking permission, for anything. That is what is meant by the phrase “all men are created equal”.

  
Have the so called “Christians” here in the bible belt forgotten that our rights come from God and not the legislature?    Aren’t those that accept the status quo, being blasphemous?

The Missouri legislature are not only blasphemers, they have become terrorists.  They have abandoned their only legitimate role of protecting our rights, and strayed into  actively plotting the violation of our rights.   Not only are they plotting to forcibly inject you  and your children with any substance that they dictate, they  have at the same time  absolved the manufacturers of these demonstrable poisons of any liability for the death, and or damage that they may cause.   This is not Godly law, this is tyranny. This is evil staring us in the face. 

History teaches us that tyrants never know when to quit.   I hope that this is a wake up call to those  in Missouri that understand that tyrants usually only understand one thing, when they are set upon raping you, and that is defensive force.

What more proof do gun owners need, to come to the decision to never give up their firearms, and that the Missouri legislature has demonstrated that to do so would be suicidal?

Why do we continue to have to battle these criminals masquerading as our legislature? It seems clear  that promoting the trampling of the citizens rights is treason at the very least, and that those doing so should be hung from the neck until dead after being duly and justly convicted of that crime.

I am not overreacting.  Read the news, this is a globalist (Satanic) initiative that is in multiple states. The possible murder of your children is what these low lifes are advocating.  This is the continued march to the Stanic goal of socialism for all. A government that acts as God.   We need to stop it now!

H.B. 1225 would eliminate religious belief exemption to vaccination for all students in any elementary or secondary school.

SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio police officer fired in October 2016 after he allegedly gave a homeless man a sandwich with dog feces had his dismissal overturned by an arbitrator earlier this month.

Bike patrol Officer Matthew Luckhurst won his appeal due to a provision in the local government code that prevents law enforcement from disciplining an officer for conduct that occurred more than 180 days before they are disciplined.

Arbitration documents state that Luckhurst testified the incident occurred on May 6, 2016, when he and two other officers on bike patrol were clearing transients from a parking lot near Houston Street and Interstate 35.
