The CDC has been quietly rolling out a nationwide program called the Immunization Information Systems, registering everyone’s vaccine information into a database. The government buys huge quantities of vaccines and then acts as the manufacturers’ distributor. The CDC’s goal is a compliance rate of 95% or higher among the entire population. To this end, they contact families who are not following the vaccine schedule for their children and pressure them to comply.
