The Daily Mail’s Dr Michael Moseley addressed the issue recently when he appeared on BBC Radio Two’s Breakfast Show with Chris Evans – exploring how the humble mineral could treat a range of common ailments including migraines, PMT and constipation.

Yet it doesn’t get a lot of attention. Although magnesium is found in brown rice, green leafy vegetables, beans, avocados, almonds and dark chocolate, most of us don’t get enough of the amount we need.

One study of 8,000 Britons by Mineral Check discovered around 70 per cent had low levels, Healthista reports.

Likewise, the Government’s most recent National Diet and Nutrition Survey revealed that most children and adolescents fail to get the recommended daily allowance with 53 per cent of teenage girls showing levels of gross deficiency.

Yet magnesium is an essential mineral which plays a crucial role in more than 300 different enzymatic reactions in the body each day. Research suggests it can help achieve a restful night’s sleep and reduce the symptoms of restless leg syndrome as well as improve chronic pain, tiredness, mood swings and migraines.

Damore Law Suit Against Google Is Gaining Momentum

Pretty timely as yesterday I attended a SCORE talk, where a Google spokesperson was flown in.  She acted as if she had “Googled” me and knew who I was and that I might not be too friendly to her employer.  When I interjected about the security danger of uploading pictures from your cell phone as  they usually contain EXIF (GPS co-ordinates)  information she seemed annoyed. It also seems that Google is censoring searches for this paper, very much like the did with Natural News,  another alternative news web site.

An Arizona court decided this week that a woman accused of scalding a little girl alive and burning over 80% of her body will go to trial in October 2018. Meanwhile, Samantha Osteraas is out on bail, and the little girl’s biological mother is still trying to get justice for her daughter, whose life was destroyed by Child Protective Services and the adults the agency placed her with.

While Samantha Osteraas is free to walk the streets as she awaits trial, little Devani’s real family has no idea where she is or who the agency has placed her with this time.

The court-appointed attorney chosen to represent little Devani and allowed her to remain in foster homes where she was allegedly raped, sexually trafficked, and burned, is the same attorney still representing her today.

The foster parents who committed such atrocities are now answering for their criminal acts in the legal system, but the government agencies that placed her there and kept her there until today, are apparently not being held responsible for their parts in these heinous crimes.

he graphic video from the killing of Daniel Shaver was released after the jury decided to acquit ex-Mesa police officer Philip Brailsford of second-degree murder and reckless manslaughter. The Mesa police department and Mesa police union both supported Brailsford, but it’s important to receive feedback from police sources who don’t have a vested interest in the case.

Norm Stamper, a former police officer who served for 28 years with the San Diego police force and six years as the chief of police in Seattle, gave his thoughts on Twitter. He responded to the tweet by the journalist Shaun King who stated, “Sadly I’ve studied 100s of videos of American police executing non-violent, unarmed people. This is one of the worst I’ve ever witnessed.” Stamper wrote, “One of the worst I’ve seen, as well. Heart-stopping, stomach-turning. No room in policing for cops this scared and ill-prepared.”

Is that a fair criticism? After all, police were called to the La Quinta Inn where Shaver was staying because witnesses saw him pointing a gun out of the window of his room. Chemtrails are not a “theory”: CIA whistle blower Cody Snodgres

This might sound way out there, but Cody Snodgres is a legit CIA whistle blower. he talks about chemtrails (1) in the hour long  interview below, about “Operation Indigo Skyfall”.

Very interesting and I believe accurate, and pertinent info.   I really think a pandemic is the most likley false flag that is likely coming. (Jan 10,2018)   (Yet another nefarious  use of chemtrails.)

SPOILER ALERT:
You likley know how both Hitler and Stalin used fluoride to placate the prisoners in the concentration camps and gulags.
You also know that it is added to the water that most  Americans drink.

What you likley do not know is that   chemtrails,  are being used to deliver nano sized aluminum particles into your body. The  the fluoride, and the aluminum constitute a binary weapons system that attacks your consciousness, and free will, by concentrating in your pineal gland. The 2 are synergetic, and  when combined  are much more powerful than either by itself.

You may also know that the powers that be have been fighting tooth and nail not to have to list that a food is GMO ( 1, 2, 3) on the label. I have discovered that the reason for this is that GMO food contains glyphosate (Roundup)  and is the 3rd prong of a trinary weapon, that is even stronger synergistically than fluoride and aluminum together.  Cody uses the number of a 125x increase in potency when all 3 are combined.

The bottom line is that we are being attacked by toxins in the air we breath. the water we drink, and the food that we eat, and it was all foretold in the dystopian novel “Brave New World“. (1)

Concerned as hell about the former, and giving little to no thought to the latter, or that the fact that recycling is just a band aide for the real problems of, mass consumption and poor packaging choices.
 
They fill their bellies with adulterated foods, that would have sent the manufacturers to prison 100 years ago. They walk to their cars below the chemtrailed skies, (here, here) and offer the well thought out 2 word rebuttal of fact: “conspiracy theory“. They take their children to the doctor to have him, inject mercury laden vaccines directly into their blood stream bypassing their immune system: the gut. They drive their electric cars fueled by carbon producing power plants, not aware that the state has effectively prohibited 70 mph diesel vehicles that produce less carbon in the United States than their electric POS.
They are unaware that global warming caused by carbon and man is a grand lie, designed to economically enslave them.
 
We are a nation of dumbed down people that are slowly being enslaved by stupid people that think that we are a “democracy” and that stealing other peoples money (socialism) is a viable, and moral economic system.
 
Modern environmentalism looks more like a mental disorder than a real well thought out philosophy aimed at ensuring a safe, free  place to live, and raise children…it is just another movement either created or controlled/co-opted by the deep state.

MEDICAL PERMISSION SLIPS: WE ARE SERFS THAT ARE RULED BY CRIMINALS

These are state criminals extorting, and jerking around people in real need. They are turning a very important God given right into a very high priced permission.
 
This is not much different than the state telling insulin dependent diabetics that in order to get life saving insulin, that they need to pay a $300 fee every 7 months for that permission slip, and that the state will now make a $30  vial of insulin cost $300. If you can not purchase that right, the psychopathic criminals that pose as government say too damn bad. “Eat Cake, serf” and by the way serf if you want your life saving insulin, you are going to have to give up your guns, and any other right that we say.
 
They turn people into alcoholics, and destroy families, and peoples lives with these laws. This is not conjecture folks. I  recently lost  a close friend whose pain and suffering, and quite likely his death was caused by the  psychopaths that we euphemistically call government. If we had  even a remotely  just legal system, we would be trying these state legislators for their crimes, just like we did the guards at Auschwitz.  The medical monopoly recently killed another friend   (here)
 
This turns the idea of a Republic squarely on it’s head. A republic is supposed to protect the rights of the minority. There is not even the authority in the Constitution for  the government to get involved in drugs in any manner whatsoever. As you will recall, to outlaw alcohol a constitutional amendment was required. Where is the constitutional amendment for the war on drugs?
 
If you do your due diligence you will also discover that our drug schedules came directly from the Globalist United Nations. The same organization that is behind the war on our guns.
 
The United Nations, War on drugs makes  a joke of us claiming to be a free country. How free are we when we must beg the state for permission to implement our medical care, and be extorted to the point where an affordable $30 medicine will cost $300?($600 if you include the permission slip) How dare the state talk about “corporate greed”? How dare they!
 
We were warned about this tyranny happening over 200 years ago by Dr Benjamin Rush. A founder that was as recognized as George Washington:
