Attorney General Jeff Sessions recently ordered the Justice Department to increase the use of civil asset forfeiture, thus once again endorsing an unconstitutional, authoritarian, and increasingly unpopular policy.

Civil asset forfeiture, which should be called civil asset theft, is the practice of seizing property believed to be involved in a crime. The government keeps the property even if it never convicts, or even charges, the owner of the property.

Police can even use civil asset theft to steal from people whose property was used in criminal activity without the owners’ knowledge. Some have even lost their homes because a renter or houseguest was dealing drugs on the premises behind the owners’ backs…….. READ MORE

It is getting nearly impossible to get your money out of the bank. Look at what one of my readers sent me via email on August 2, 2017 (see image below). It is basically an order to stop taking so much money out of the bank, every so often. This banking notice.
 
The Federal government has recently made is much more difficult for the average person to access their funds once they are deposited in the bank. How can they do that, you might ask? The answer is simple, in 2012, the courts ruled that once you deposit your money in the bank, the banks own that money. In other words, you are gifting the bank. And the gift is irrevocable. Please note the charge the bank intends to impose on this customer for an excessive amount of withdrawals as defined by new federal law…..

For many people, cannabis or cannabis oil are the only things that can really give them relief, or a possible cure, from debilitating or fatal diseases. At this point, I will state without hesitation, if a family member were diagnosed with cancer, we would move to Colorado and work with people there that know how to set up protocols to treat cancer. There are entirely too many positives for health benefits and the only thing that is threatened by marijuana is the overly bloated and toxic pharmaceutical industry and the revenue generation/prison industry who are profiting because of it being illegal. It just galls me personally that there is help for so many that is natural and it is immoral to prevent people who would benefit from using this help……….
