Not one in a thousand knows that juries are the 4th branch of government, and that they hold the ultimate decision as to whether or not a law is just, and should be applied or not. The criminal courts lie to juries about this right and duty on a regular basis, with no consequences for their criminal deception. (this lie can and does cost people their liberty and even their lives) The criminal in-justice system will also likely disqualify you from serving on a jury if you admit to knowing anything about jury nullification. The state of NH passed a law a few years back requiring judges to inform all juries of their right to nullify any law that they had problems with, and to vote not guilty regardless of the evidence or the facts.
Now if we could only get jury trials as the Constitution guarantees us , for such things as when CPS kidnaps our children. It should blow your mind to think that you can get a jury trial for littering, but not if the state decides it wants to kidnap your child.
If you get your jury trial, the judge will not inform them of their right and duty to nullify unjust laws, they will actually lie, and tell the jury with a straight face, that there is no such right. That is deep enough down the rabbit hole for the time being.
