4. Police violence continues — Aside from several high-profile instances of police brutality, including the brutal shooting of Philando Castile, a legal gun owner (the officer was acquitted of all charges and received a settlement from the police department), and the recent instance of a cop forcing a pet owner to behead his own dog, mainstream attention on the system problem of police misconduct has been quiet this year (especially compared to 2014, for example, when protests in Ferguson, MO, drew ongoing national attention). At the same time, President Trump encouraged officers to be rough with suspects and continued to assert his unwavering support for law enforcement, claiming anti-police sentiment is “wrong” and “dangerous.” He also reinstated the federal government’s program of granting military gear to local police. Meanwhile, American police continue to kill civilians at staggering rates, with estimates ranging between 976 and almost 1,182 for 2017. The number of cops killed in 2017 was the second-lowest in 50 years, according to data from the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund….. Read More
The police are incompetent? It can’t be true! That must be a “conspiracy theory”. (Those 2 words are my proof)
Seriously now, in my half a century plus on this planet I have never found the police to be competent, ever. I was recently assaulted on camera in Seymour MO, yet not only could they not find a crime, they still have not contacted me.
It seems to me that the police are the real criminals in that they very often cover up real crimes.
Danny Kay, 26, will greet the New Year as a free man after being convicted of a rape that was based on altered evidence submitted by the alleged victim. His freedom is due not to police work but the work of his sister in law Sarah Maddison. Maddison decided to take a minute and look at the Facebook messages sent between Kay and the unnamed woman who accused him of rape. What she found was that the police used messages that were misleadingly edited by the woman and that the real messages directly contradicted her claims. The police revealed an utter incompetence in the investigation and the prosecutors have expressed no intent in looking at possible charges against the woman who is accused of changing the meaning of the messages from exculpatory to incriminating. This follows an equally shocking reversal where the police were found to have withheld 40,000 messages from the defense in another rape case.
Archived versions of the original messages found by Maddison showed not only a consensual relationship but a desire to continue the relationship.
The messages showed that the evidence had been altered in clearly misleading ways. For example, The jury were shown a message where Kay appears to apologize for the rape. The response “sorry” in the message however was actually in response to the woman asking him why he was ignoring her. The question was deleted. Also deleted was her response: “Dnt [sic] be.” Likewise, one early message involved Kay asking the woman for her age. She responded “nearly 17” and showed police that he responded “same here.” That was untrue. He actually response with question if she was single and she replies “yep.” That is what he responded to in saying “same here.”
She also deleted messages where he wrote her to say that he lost her number (after the alleged rape). She then send him her number with four kisses and also sends a message ‘im still here for ya!’ When the couple later split up, she sent a message “I thought u woulda at least tried to get me back.”
The court reviewed the evidence and quashed the conviction. Kay however had already spent two years in jail.
There is no indication that the woman will face any charges for submitting what appears to be altered evidence and a false claim of rape. She remains unidentified as a sexual assault victim. Original Story here
Where was the county sheriff?
Where were the police? Oh that’s right, trampling a citizens rights, just like
the “police” at Auschwitz prison camp did in Nazi Germany!
Not to mention “Christians” in the US are emulating the way Christians acted in Nazi Germany. (Being Silent)
And where are the “troops” Oh yea over in the Middle East, busy violating the Constitution by fighting an undeclared war….

When the hell are the American zombies going to wake up? It’s all a conspiracy theory right?— You can ignore reality, but it sure as hell is not going to ignore you. Go back to sleep… This is what happens when you are silent. Every day I feel like I am in the movie “Idiocracy”

The United Nations Is positioning for the takeover of the United States. They are starting with Illinois as this will be the first state to declare bankruptcy and there will be massive civil unrest. They are housed in HUD repossessed home abandoned bases and are assigned to some active bases and coordinate with some troops, but they are not under the control of any domestic authority.
John is spot on as far as the very bad things that Trump is doing, but he he has missed the extremly good things he has done.
This also goes to show you that a guy that can make billions, can be dumber than a door knob when it comes to our rights and police. Mr Trump unfortunately seems to be a cop-suker.
Just our luck that 2017 gave us more of the same bad news that we’ve experienced in recent years.
Here’s just a small sampling of what we suffered through in 2017.
The new boss proved to be the same as the old boss. True to form, the new boss (Donald Trump) proved to be no better than his predecessors in the White House in terms of protecting the citizenry from the American police state.
911 calls turned deadly. “Don’t call the cops” became yet another don’t to the add the growing list of things that could get you or a loved one tasered, shot or killed by police, especially if you have any condition that might hinder your ability to understand, communicate or immediately comply with an order.
Traffic stops took a turn for the worse. Police officers were given free range to pull anyone over for a variety of reasons and subject them to forced cavity searches, forced colonoscopies, forced blood draws, forced breath-alcohol tests, forced DNA extractions, forced eye scans, forced inclusion in biometric databases.
The courts failed to uphold justice. A review of critical court rulings over the past decade or so, including some ominous ones by the U.S. Supreme Court, reveals a startling and steady trend towards pro-police state rulings by an institution concerned more with establishing order and protecting the ruling class and government agents than with upholding the rights enshrined in the Constitution.
A culture of compliance paved the way for sexual predators. Twenty years after America gave a collective shrug over accusations of sexual harassment by Bill Clinton, sexual harassment suddenly made headlines after a series of powerful men, including Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, were accused of predatory behavior in the workplace.
Patriotism trumped free speech. At a time when the American flag adorns everything from men’s boxers and women’s bikinis to beer koozies with little outcry from the American public, a conveniently timed public dispute over disrespect for the country’s patriotic symbols during football games further divided the nation.
Mass shootings claimed more lives. A mass shooting in Las Vegas, the deadliest to date, left us with more questions than answers, none of them a flattering reflection of the nation’s values, political priorities, or the manner in which the military-industrial complex continues to dominate, dictate and shape almost every aspect of our lives.
Civil discourse was drowned out by intolerance, violence and militarized police. Americans allowed their fears—fear for their safety, fear of each other, fear of being labeled racist or hateful or prejudiced, etc.—to trump their freedom of speech and muzzle them far more effectively than any government edict could. In Charlottesville, Berkeley and St. Louis, the presence of violent protesters and militarized police turned First Amendment activities into riots.
The cost of endless wars drove the nation deeper into debt. Waging endless wars abroad (in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and now Syria) didn’t make America—or the rest of the world—any safer, any greater, or any richer. The interest alone on the money America has borrowed to wage its wars will cost an estimated $8 trillion.
Government agencies padded their pockets at the expense of taxpayers. In Virginia, drivers traveling along a toll road during rush hour were hit with a $40 toll to travel a 10-mile stretch of road, part of a new dynamic price gouging scheme aimed at penalizing single-occupant vehicles traveling during peak times.
The plight of the nation’s homeless worsened. In communities across the country, legislators adopted a variety of methods (parking meters, zoning regulations, tickets, and even robots) to discourage the homeless from squatting, loitering and panhandling.
Free speech was dealt one knock-out punch after another. First Amendment activities were pummeled, punched, kicked, choked, chained and generally gagged all across the country.
The Surveillance State rendered Americans vulnerable to threats from government spies, police, hackers and power failures. The Corporate State tapped into our computer keyboards, cameras, cell phones and smart devices in order to better target us for advertising. Social media giants such as Facebook granted secret requests by the government and its agents for access to users’ accounts. And our private data—methodically collected and stored with or without our say-so—was repeatedly compromised and breached.
Technology drove teens to suicide. Studies show that the rapid explosion of cell phone use and increased screen time by young people have contributed to a climate in which teen mental health is failing and suicide rates among 13- to 18-year-olds are skyrocketing.
Police became even more militarized and weaponized. Despite concerns about the government’s steady transformation of local police into a standing military army, local police agencies continued to acquire weaponry, training and equipment suited for the battlefield—with full support from the Trump Administration.
Drones became more lethal. DARPA, the government’s military research agency, unveiled a plan to deploy a swarm of armed, surveillance mini-drones. The Pentagon also provided a glimpse into its future plans for kamikaze drones and tethered, targeted killer drones.
Science got scary. Researchers created “humanized” mice using organs taken from fetal tissue. Genetic engineers created an entire synthetic DNA genome watermarked with encoded links and hidden messages. The FDA approved the first digital pill embedded with sensors to monitor patients’ intake. And DARPA funded research towards the creation of genetic extinction technologies that could be used to eradicate or alter whole populations.
The government waged a renewed war on cash. Championed by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the government’s attempts to seize cash and other valuables under the guise of asset forfeiture moved into high gear. Denver made $2.4 million in car seizures in one year alone. One Alabama town turned its police force into a money-making operation to increase revenue.
The U.S. military industrial complex—aided by the Trump administration—armed the world while padding its own pockets. Not content to sell an arsenal of weapons and military equipment to the world, the U.S. government pushed to amend a global arms control agreement to allow it to sell military drones globally.
Let’s not take the mistakes and the carnage and the toxicity of this past year into a new year.
As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the police state is marching forward, more powerful than ever.
Thus, if there is to be any hope for freedom in 2018, it rests with “we the people” engaging in local, grassroots activism that transforms our communities and our government from the ground up.
Let’s resolve to work together to make this new year better than the last.
“Cops” are nothing more than the satanic grunts that trample your rights for the Globalists. This cop belongs in jail under title 18 USC sections 241 and 242.
What do you think would happen if you stopped cops and tried to take their gun because you with cause (or even with cause) suspected them of being a felon. Which under USC title 18 sections 241 and 242 they most certainly are.

Yes, the swamp is being drained, quietly to save some undeserving institutions like the FBI.
When I grew up I became aware of the FBI’s top-ten most wanted criminals list. Now the former FBI director and his lead attorney are trying to stay off that list.
They’re also trying to save the FBI from being abolished or at least any more embarrassment. Behind closed doors, the FBI’s top lawyer and FBI director James B. Comey’s right-hand man, Andrew McCabe will retire in a few months after his pension benefits are fully vested. There is evidence McCabe crafted, or at least talked about crafting, an “insurance” plan to ensure election of Hillary Clinton with FBI agent Peter Strzok.
Checks & Balances Negated in 1993
We may be so busy in our lives to forget the Bill Clinton was the last President to fire an FBI director.
From 1987 to 1993 William Sessions was FBI chief and was dismissed by President Bill Clinton (because Sessions allegedly spent public money to install a security gate at his home). This eliminated any investigations into White House wrong-doing and Clinton managed to tuck the FBI under the Executive Branch rather than the Judicial Branch of government, a major change in checks-and-balance government the public was never informed about.
At least President Donald Trump is not contriving a reason to purge the FBI of political opponents as Clinton did.
State Department crumbling, CIA next (and its agents planted in the news media)
As I previously wrote, the State Department is being dismantled from within as the Trump Administration doesn’t fill positions as diplomats retire and has relegated the State Department to paper shuffling. Next up, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Given the CIA has its agents planted in newsrooms around the country to place stories that go beyond patriotic propaganda (Operation Mockingbird), it is not surprising the CIA has also come under President Trump’s scrutiny as he wars with the 4th Estate, the news media that reports on government.
An example of the animosity between the Trump Administration and the news media is the recent news headline published by USA TODAY just after President Trump’s successful passage of a tax cut. The headline read: “Deficit Could Hit $1 Trillion In 2018.” (USA Today Dec 20, 2017)
Americans need to be clued in since the news media isn’t doing their job, that when general accounting practices (GAAP) are applied to the US federal budget, it collects ~$3.4 trillion in tax revenues and spends ~$6.6 trillion annually (source: ShadowStats.com). News reporters conveniently accept other government figures that the budget gap is only ~$500 billion. The gap between revenues and spending is more like $3 trillion that is made up simply by printing money.
At least Trump’s corporate tax cut stands a chance at reducing the cost of goods and services, a sort of back-door pay raise for Americans. Since wages are stagnant, the only way forward is to reduce taxes.
By the way, it is no coincidence the General Services Administration has completed the first audit of federal real property inventory. President Trump is a real estate guy, so expect properties to be sold off to buoy federal revenues to make up for tax cuts. The inventory includes 7000 unused or under-used properties. And the Pentagon will undergo its first-ever audit too. While campaigning for office in April of 2016, President Trump promised he would slash the national debt by selling $16 trillion in government assets.
Looking back, just exactly what were the past few U.S. Presidents doing? At least the people now have a President who is a businessman.
They support the state kidnapping your children with zero due process, or even a jury trial, and you are too poor to give much, if any of a fight. Again in large part because of laws that are supposed to protect you. i.e the BAR monopoly. My ex wife ( a christian) was terrified when I would approach, as I often did, homeless people on the street. Not a very good example of following the greatest commandment and it’s typical.

It was the day before Christmas Eve, and as I drove to a city where I was to meet my sons for lunch, it was hard to find a parking spot, as so many people were out and about on the last shopping day before Christmas.
Everyone seemed to be in a good mood in this upscale downtown area where I was meeting my sons for lunch. Many were dressed in their holiday best, and there were families everywhere; children giddy with glee as they undoubtedly were looking forward to opening presents soon.
Since I had to park quite far away from the restaurant where I was to meet my sons, I had a few blocks to walk.
At one corner, a woman who was sitting down by herself and talking caught my eye for just a moment. She was on the other side of the street, so I did not get a close look at her.
“Why is she talking when she is all alone?,” I quickly thought, but I was late for lunch and I pushed the thought to the back of my mind thinking “she probably has an earbud on and is talking on the phone to someone.”
Later, as we were finishing up our lunch on a table that was outside in front of the restaurant (the restaurant was very busy, and the only table available was outdoors as it was quite cold out), a woman walked by that caught my eye.
She was not neat – she was dirty, carrying a backpack, smoking a small stub of a cigarette that I guessed someone had discarded, and had multiple layers of clothing and jackets on, well worn and dirty. I later learned she was in her mid 40s, but she looked older than that.
She noticed me looking at her, and said to me: “God bless you! Jesus has redeemed me, and God is the God of second chances.”
I replied: “Amen! He certainly is the God of second chances. God bless you too.”… Read More
That is the reason that we have CIA operatives in all of the mainstream press newsrooms. That is the reason that the bio-weapons labs that are all over this country have pathogens that are contained under ridiculously inadequate security. That is the reason that we allow North Korea to orbit two satellites (2) over us in the perfect orbit to kill 90% of us with an EMP strike. That is the reason that treasonous factions in the government allowed Communist Chinese troops to participate in the US military’s electrical grid down drills. That is the reason that we are forced to have centralized water that can be cut off. That is the reason the cell network was not allowed to be free market, and use spread spectrum technology. That is the reason the government has mandated kill switches so that they control on all of our media and news sources. That is the reason why your gasoline is designed so that you can not store it long term. That is the reason that we have out of control militarized police. That is the reason that we have brainwashing government schools. That is the reason that the NSA knows what you order from Amazon, (2) and from your cell phone every person you have called, what you have said, and where you have been. That is the reason that small farmers hands are often tied and must sell to big agriculture rather than to you the consumer. That is the reason that fluoride is put in the water and the dosage can be increased at any time. That is the reason why they have purposely destroyed our economy. All of the above are not examples of your government doing it’s legitimate job but rather it working to enslave the population.
What does scripture say about criminals, time and time and time again? It says to act. It says to demand that they be forced to make things right by paying restitution. Not to sit in your churches with your thumb up your ass doing nothing. Modern day US Christians are doing exactly what the Christians in Nazi Germany did. Nothing to stop the evil! Even though scripture is replete with directives for us to demand justice. The greatest Commandment says to love one another. Is allowing Satanic forces to make this world a living, unjust hell, “loving one another?” You be the judge….he is watching, and I don’t think he is too happy with the human race’s apathy and walk with evil.
No one but God knows that is going to pass. But I do know with absolute certainly that the Satanic Deep State is going to try to hold onto power and use the tools that they have embedded into our sytem. Anyone with the slightest bit of discernment, would have to recognize that the probabilities are high enough, that to not act is a decision of incredible stupidity. You had better act soon, logic and reason say that the next false flag is going to be a big one, and a lot of us are going to die if we do not act.
